Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for roles supporting order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The position requires basic computer use and familiarity with retail technology. You must hold or obtain a powered equipment certification such as counterbalance forklift or order picker. The role offers competitive hourly wages and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by answering questions and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
