Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a front-line fulfillment associate in the United States. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, while keeping areas clean and safe.

You will assist customers, answer questions, and connect them with the right associates as needed. Responsibilities include operating certified equipment and maintaining inventory accuracy, plus completing routine audits and reporting safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer and basic data entry tasks.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and with certification.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain customer-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication.
