Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a front-line Associate in a high-volume home improvement retail environment. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the customer while maintaining safe work areas.

In addition to great service, you will use retail tech daily, operate certified powered equipment, and support inventory accuracy with leadership collaboration. The role offers comprehensive associate benefits and employee programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Certified for Powered Equipment: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required or to be obtained)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks, audits, and reporting of safety or theft concerns.
