Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring for roles in our distribution network. The position involves picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

You will operate certified equipment and ensure safe, clean staging areas while collaborating with store teams. Retail experience and basic computer skills are required, with forklift/Order Picker/Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification expected or to be obtained.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including inputting and retrieval of data.
• 6 months using common retail tech such as smartphones or tablets.
• Counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow-aisle reach truck certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Perform daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
