Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring for a front-line role at its Spring Hill, TN store. You will pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness, while delivering excellent service by helping customers find the right items and connecting them with the right associates.

You’ll operate certified powered equipment (forklift, order picker, narrow-aisle truck) and contribute to inventory accuracy using store apps. A strong customer-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certifications and safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS; partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups.
• Achieve daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
