Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and directing to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment per safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, reporting safety concerns promptly.
