Job summary

Lowe's Auburn store is seeking an energetic associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety at the forefront of daily operations.

You will provide excellent service, validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates while using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance. This role requires powered equipment certification and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of computer use including input, access, modify or output information.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy with the Orders App, SIMS compliance, and partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
