You will deliver service by selecting high‑quality items, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed. This role requires basic computer use and retail tech experience, plus powered equipment certification (or the ability to obtain it).

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items and answering customer questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
