Job summary

You will deliver great service, validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates while keeping staging areas clean and safe. Basic computer use and familiarity with retail tech are required; powered equipment certification is necessary or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, while keeping staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and coordinating with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Meet daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
