Job summary

You’ll keep staging areas clean, assist customers, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation. The role requires operating powered equipment (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck), achieving safety standards, and using retail technology.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer and inputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Provide excellent service by selecting quality items and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the business.
