Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is required (or must be obtained).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing them to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment safely and in compliance with safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns.
