Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. You will operate powered equipment, maintain orderly staging areas, and support inventory accuracy through the Orders App.

The role requires routine use of retail technology, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Candidates must obtain forklift and related certifications if not already certified.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment following safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
