Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives like BOPIC and Ship from Club. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move products from floor to staging while upholding safety and club policies.

Team members are expected to move with urgency, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience required.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling orders from a pick list.
• Use RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to club policies.
• Assist with inventory and replenish shelves as needed.
