Job summary

Namify LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team. This entry-level position focuses on creating and quality-checking products across multiple fulfillment lines, loading and packing orders, and ensuring accurate scanning and invoicing.

You will be trained extensively, flex between stations, manage your time, work with others, and contribute to safety and efficiency. The role reports to the Director of Fulfillment and is full-time in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail.
• Able to learn processes quickly and accurately.
• Experience with pulling and packaging orders preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Director of Fulfillment.
• Picking and packaging of stock and multiline items.
• Scanning and invoicing orders.
• Understand principles of shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Follow standard processes set for each task.
• Manage time efficiently while also helping to hold others accountable.
• Meet goals for each process related to shipping and receiving.
• Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Ensures that all waste is reported accurately.
