Job summary

Namify is hiring a Shipping Specialist in Springville, Utah to manage products moving in and out of the warehouse. You will work with the Shipping Manager to pull, package, and ship client orders on time, while maintaining inventories and following established processes.

The role requires flexibility to meet Namify’s fast-paced requirements. Responsibilities include receiving goods, tagging items, scanning orders, and ensuring timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer/iPad proficiency required.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in counting and data entry.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds as part of daily duties.
• Ability to stand for 6+ hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, match POs, tag and distribute products daily.
• Pick and package stock and multiline items.
• Scan and invoice orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and reporting.
