Job summary

Namify, LLC in Utah is seeking a Shipping Specialist to manage all incoming and outgoing products in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pull, package, scan, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory and meeting customer timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Shipping Manager and other departments, following standard processes, and ensuring safety and quality through proper handling and reporting of issues. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, PO match, tag and distribute products daily.
• Picking and packaging of stock and multiline items.
• Scanning and invoicing orders.
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting.
• Ensure all orders ship out on time and accurately.
• Understand shipping, receiving, stock pulling, order fulfillment, and quality control.
• Follow standard processes set for each task.
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals for each process related to shipping and receiving.
• Communicate with various departments to maintain quality, efficiency and meet customer needs.
• Ensure waste is reported accurately and disposed of properly.
• Ensure emails and phone calls are answered promptly for department.
