Namify, LLC is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist in Springville, Utah. This entry-level role focuses on creating and quality checking products across multiple fulfillment lines, operating machinery, and packing items for clients.

You will receive heavy training and rotate through stations to learn Namify’s fulfillment processes. You must manage your time, work well in a team, and stay safety‑conscious in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Willing and able to learn processes and perform tasks quickly and accurately.

• Ensures that all waste is reported accurately.

ABOUT THIS JOB

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the creation and quality checking of products on a variety of fulfillment lines. This individual will check quality, operate machinery, and package products for Namify’s clients. The job is fast paced and challenging. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual will be flexed between several stations and become familiar with many fulfillment processes. They must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily tasks as assigned by the Director of Fulfillment

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time

WORK SPACE INFO:

This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.

TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.

SAFETY:
