Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including data input and retrieval.
• 6 months of using common retail devices like smartphones/tablets.
• Required forklift/order picker/narrow aisle certification or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver high-quality service by assisting customers and guiding to the right associates.
• Operate certified equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
• Perform duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
