Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use, input/output and information access.
• 6 months of using retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Forklift/Order Picker/Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and directing to the right associates.
• Operate and certify powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May perform other duties to support the business.
