Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer or similar device.
• Six months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and answering questions.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and coordinate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and reporting of safety or theft concerns.
• Work with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
