Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking team members to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll help deliver excellent service, validate orders, and connect customers with the right associates while operating certified powered equipment and maintaining safe work areas. In this role you will support inventory accuracy, use the Orders App and SIMS compliance, complete audits, and collaborate with leadership on follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting data, accessing information, or outputting results).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones/tablets.
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and directing customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment certification and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
