Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a retail fulfillment associate in Greensboro, NC to pick, stage and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will assist customers, verify orders, and connect them to the right associates.

The role requires operating powered equipment and maintaining safety procedures. It also involves supporting inventory accuracy and completing routine audits and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets).
• Powered equipment certification required: Counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck; if not certified, must obtain.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, and work with leadership to resolve short picks.
