Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects in a contract logistics environment, including startup and retrofit of warehouse automation solutions. You will coordinate across internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure go-live and handover.

The role requires 7+ years in PM within logistics, strong communication, budgeting skills, and experience with WMS integrations. A Bachelor’s degree is required; on-site work in the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management within logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience leading warehouse automation implementation projects in a 3PL or contract logistics setting, including robotics and material handling systems.
• Experience coordinating execution across multiple stakeholders and sites.
• Strong communication and financial acumen for budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level projects and programs, including new customer/site start-ups and automation deployments into live operations.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Own vendor coordination, sequencing, and readiness through installation, commissioning, and go-live.
• Serve as primary contact for projects, maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, IT, and Solution Design for operational readiness at new sites.
• Manage project budgets, provide financial reporting, and identify cost/risk mitigation opportunities.
