Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Solutions Design Automation Implementation Engineer to lead the integration, deployment, and commissioning of automated fulfillment solutions in new distribution centers. This role requires hands-on implementation and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet client specifications.

You will validate systems, ensure performance and safety, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with WMS, WCS, WES, and PLC/SCADA interfaces across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in logistics/distribution with 5+ years in automation systems.
• Experience deploying automated fulfillment solutions (AS/RS, GTP, AMRs).
• Experience with WMS, WCS, WES, PLCs, and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead install, config, testing, validation, and commissioning of automated fulfillment systems.
• Collaborate with Automation Implementation Manager, Solutions Design, and vendors.
• Conduct system validation to meet performance, safety, and ops requirements.
• Integrate automation with WMS, WCS, and WES systems.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings with technical input.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during implementation and commissioning.
• Document configurations, changes, and test results for compliance and maintenance.
