Qualifications

• 10+ years fulfillment or distribution experience.
• Experience with WMS and automated environments.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and P&L.
• Strong leadership and organizational effectiveness skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center.
• Lead a team of up to 100 direct and indirect reports.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions.
• Engage daily with the team to address challenges and goals.
• Coach team to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and facility management.
• Meet monthly budget expectations and drive cost controls.
• Collaborate across organization to align goals and metrics.
