Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-station production department within the fulfillment center. You will oversee inventory, production processes from order intake to delivery, and drive continuous improvement in lean culture across people and processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or 2 years of managerial experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS Office and WMS. This is a full-time on-site role in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations or related field, or 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities in line with SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Contribute to growth and development of direct reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to follow DC procedures.
• Train and assess shift personnel per guidelines.
• Lead special fulfillment projects as needed and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement fulfillment strategies.
