Job summary

NRI is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processing Lead to oversee the fulfillment team responsible for processing orders accurately and within client SLAs. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

You will work Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehousing experience, is physically capable of the job requirements, and possesses good multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing/light industrial, lead experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and be extremely detail oriented.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and tolerate warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor for labor planning.
• Ensure safety protocols and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain work and storage areas in a clean condition.
