Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Albuquerque, NM to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and on time. Maintain clean, organized staging areas and operate powered equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.

You will use the Orders App, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential for daily success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck certification required; must be obtained if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance, partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
