Job summary

VytlOne in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to join our specialty pharmacy team. You will support order entry, packing, shipping, and inventory while coordinating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes patient care, HIPAA compliance, and efficient logistics within a collaborative environment. A TX license and pharmacy experience are required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; some college work preferred.
• Registered/Active TX Pharmacy Technician License.
• Minimum of one year patient accounts experience mandatory.
• Understanding of insurance, prior authorization and patient benefits preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written, with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Review chronic dispensing calendar and ensure daily order entries and shipments.
• Enter prescriptions into computer and verify with Pharmacist.
• Gather medications and supplies; label and verify orders with Pharmacist.
• Contact physician for refills discovered at dispensing.
• Package and ship orders and maintain shipping supplies.
• Assist CSR's with calls and handle online prescription issues.
