Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Mail Order Pharmacy Technician to join our Operations team in Amarillo, TX. The technician will perform final prescription fulfillment under pharmacist supervision and handle distribution to end users, along with related quality management tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a CPhT certificate with Texas registration, and prior pharmacy technician experience is preferred. The role requires varied days/hours and on-site work in Amarillo.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certificate required at time of hire; must be registered in Texas.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate and safe pharmacy services and guidance through distribution and shipping methods.
• Scan 100% prescriptions using the barcode checking program.
• Accurately pull and count medication according to label.
• Dispense the NDC on the drug label or brand-swap to the correct NDC.
• Pull from stocks and follow procedures on handling out-of-stock orders.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certificate and Texas registration

Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred
