Amber Specialty Pharmacy in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician (Mon-Wed, 8am-7pm) to support the pharmacy team under direct supervision. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted state pharmacy technician registration/licensure.
• National or state pharmacy technician certification per applicable State Board requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and health screening.
• Experience with insurance verification and prescription adjudication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision with processing prescriptions and verification.
• Enter patient, doctor, insurance, and prescription information into the system.
• Communicate with providers and insurers to obtain approvals and coverage.
• Triage issues, contact patients for information, and resolve prescription problems.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory and contribute to fulfillment operations.
