Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current unrestricted state pharmacy technician registration/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient intake and beneficiary information.
• Perform benefits verification and initiate prior authorizations.
• Document interactions with patients, providers, and insurers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers for patient care.
