Job summary

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment (Dispensing) Pharmacist to dispense medications accurately and provide patient counseling on safe use, side effects, and drug interactions. You will support technicians, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance in a high-volume retail setting.

Requires PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy and active licensure; experience in retail, hospital, or fulfillment settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in good standing with the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• Education: PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience in retail, hospital, outpatient, or fulfillment pharmacy settings.
• Experience providing patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and counsel patients on safe use, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Help manage pharmacy inventory to ensure timely availability of medications.
• Mentor and support pharmacy technicians and staff in daily operations.
