Job summary

Alto Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist to dispense medications accurately and on time while guiding a team of technicians and staff. You will support cross-functional teams to optimize patient care and efficiency, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations.

The role requires PharmD or Pharmacy Bachelor’s, active state pharmacist licensure, and experience in retail/hospital/outpatient settings. Onsite shifts are mandatory, with benefits for part-time, as-needed employment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy.
• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy as required.
• Experience in retail, hospital, outpatient, or fulfillment pharmacy settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and on time.
• Provide patient counseling on safe medication use, interactions, and side effects.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Help manage pharmacy inventory to ensure timely medication availability.
• Mentor and support pharmacy technicians and support staff.
