Job summary

Superior Bindery, Inc. is seeking a reliable Fulfillment Operator to join our warehouse team in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Two years of fulfillment/warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read and follow work orders.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, picking and packing products, preparing shipments, and helping ensure orders are fulfilled safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Reads and deciphers work orders.
• Locates and extracts products from shelves and storage areas.
• Confirms product information matches that of the work order.
• Inspects products for damage, flaws and irregularities.
• Maintains proper storage for products and inventory materials.
• Keeps a clean, safe and orderly work area while following health and safety guidelines.
• Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.

Experience

• At least two years of experience preferred.
