Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to guide a team of associates in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. You will align daily workstreams with service requirements of field partners, lead interviews and coaching, and ensure accountability to drive operational goals.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer outcomes, with plans for throughput optimization and cross-shift collaboration across operations sites.

Qualifications

18+ years old requirement is stated.
Valid driver’s license and MVR check mentioned.
Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution preferred (1–3 years).
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

Lead a team of associates for efficient fulfillment operations.
Conduct interviews, coaching, and training to identify and develop talent.
Provide direction to align associates with daily operational goals.
Foster accountability and a positive working environment.
Develop and execute operational plans to optimize site throughput and meet budgets.
Coordinate staffing and resources for daily operations and special projects.
Encourage cross-shift collaboration to improve efficiency.
Oversee team performance, safety, quality, and productivity.
