Cart.com in Longview, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a 3PL fulfillment center team. You will manage all aspects of operations, promote efficiency, and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
You’ll direct shift workflows, train staff, and collaborate with teams to meet service levels and cost objectives in an automated setting. Prior warehouse experience, 3+ years, and supervisory experience are expected; WMS/OMS and Excel skills are required.

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around the Longview,Tx area and is an Onsite role.
Reporting into the Site Leader, the Operations Supervisor will be a key leader in a 3PL & Life Sciences Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. Potential assignments include one or more of the following areas: picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations. The ability to work in an automated environment, drive performance, and maintain a customer service mindset is essential.
