Job summary

Cart.com is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its fulfillment center in Longview, TX. This onsite role will lead a team across receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inbound operations within a 3PL and Life Sciences environment.

You will direct shift workflows, optimize resources, and drive safety and productivity while aligning with policy and customer service goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse ops and at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse operations experience including replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, returns.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience where you trained and motivated your team.
• Proficiency with WMS, OMS, Excel and other Office applications.

You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. Potential assignments include one or more of the following areas: picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations.
