Job summary

Keep Supply is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator in Springfield, MO to drive accurate order processing and proactive customer/vendor communication. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Portfolio, and vendors to minimize delays and freight costs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and communicate requirements clearly to vendors.
• Provide sales support for order-related questions and follow-ups from the Sales team.
• Proactively communicate order status and delivery expectations to the Sales team and customers as needed.
• Keep past-due delivery dates low by managing open orders and anticipating issues.
• Move orders through shipping queues and participate in adding shipping costs to orders.
• Minimize freight costs by selecting cost-effective shipping methods.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to support revenue forecasts and regional goals.
• Maintain cross-departmental communication to keep fulfillment running smoothly.
• Take ownership of workload and assist with team capacity planning.
