Job summary

Abacus Solutions Group in the DFW area is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a multi-station production department, oversee inventory and order intake, and ensure timely, quality delivery to customers. You will promote a lean culture and continuous improvement across the value stream.

The role requires 4+ years of operations leadership, LEAN/Six Sigma experience, and strong communication. First and second shifts, on-site, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or HS Degree/GED required.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fulfillment Operations to meet goals in order processing, quality, inventory, purchasing, cost, layouts, and training.
• Collaborate with Site Director on strategic plans and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain regulatory and safety standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Set productivity and quality goals; lead cost-effective, lean operations.
• Manage and develop facility managers and supervisors; handle staffing needs.
• Oversee quality assurance metrics and implement tools to reach quality targets.
• Ensure SOPs are current and training programs are up-to-date.
