Job summary

Stord, known as The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-volume distribution center. You will drive inventory accuracy, leverage a modern WMS, and coach Area Managers and warehouse staff to meet strict KPIs across inbound, outbound, and returns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for budgeting, staffing, and launching new client programs while maintaining GMP standards where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a high volume direct to consumer environment at a manager level or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams and large non-exempt teams.
• Experience running a highly technical operation with automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center including inbound, put away, outbound, B2C/B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operation leads and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Set and maintain operational KPIs for location accuracy, dock to stock, outbound SLA, and productivity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ICQA processes, audit readiness, and GMP adherence where required.
• Manage budgeting and payroll for operations.
• Schedule and staff to meet plan and client launches.
• Develop and coach leaders and associates across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IE, SE, QA, Implementations) and support staff.
• Address issues affecting the operation and drive results.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
