Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly service.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing, coaching, and retention.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements in accuracy, delivery, and safety.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, supporting pickup/ship from store.
