Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Eastvale, CA. You will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and influence customer delivery performance through data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR, and other teams to implement plans that meet business objectives, while handling physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
