Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume operational, fulfillment, customer service, processing, or compliance environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance and quality.
• Strong organizational and workload-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with established processes, operating controls, and service-level expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fulfillment professionals delivering Service of Process and related workflows.
• Set expectations for productivity, quality, accuracy, service levels, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Build a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on operational excellence and customer service.
• Manage staffing, workload, and capacity to meet business requirements.
• Oversee daily intake, processing, scanning, and routing of Service of Process documents.
