Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in New York is seeking a Manager, Fulfillment to lead a team delivering Service of Process, Agent Services, and related compliance workflows in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You’ll partner with Service, Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Reconciliation teams, coach and develop staff, manage staffing and priorities, monitor quality, and drive process improvements to enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume fulfillment or operations environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance and quality.
• Strong organizational and workload-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with established processes, operating controls, and service-level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fulfillment professionals for high-volume Service of Process workflows.
• Establish expectations for productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, and capacity to meet business needs.
• Oversee daily intake, processing, and delivery of Service of Process documents.
• Ensure accurate processing, scanning, reconciliation, and timely customer delivery.
• Monitor quality and address gaps; escalate risks when appropriate.
