Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Manager to lead a high-volume team responsible for Service of Process and related compliance workflows. You will ensure accurate, timely delivery of documents and maintain service commitments in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Service, Sales, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Reconcilation teams to optimize processes, coach staff, and balance productivity with quality.

Qualifications
