You will ensure orders are picked accurately and shipped on time while managing a team of 30-40 associates, reviewing systems and processes and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years in warehouse fulfillment, order processing, or distribution; more seasoned experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing from pick to ship, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Lead a team of 30-40 warehouse associates.
• Organize and prioritize the order of picking and outbound shipments.
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, and on-time shipment rates.
• Review existing workflows and systems and recommend improvements.
