Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day order fulfilment operations, including picking, packing, auditing, and receiving processes.

You will coordinate staffing, ensure on-time shipments, and collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping teams to execute daily plans. The role requires 4+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office and JDE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years professionally related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and prior leadership training/development is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a high-mix, medium volume, manual pick and pack warehouse / kitting operation.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a team.
• Forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Creates daily team member assignments to meet daily business demands and targets.
• Supports metrics and recommends process improvements to increase quality and lower cost.
• Trains others to optimize quality, productivity and costs.
• Develops, implements and maintains standard operating procedures.
• Maintains a safe and team-based work environment.
• Provides reporting on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Works cross-functionally to identify and execute process improvements.
