Job summary

Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead high-volume order processing and fulfillment across multiple locations. You will drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs while shaping a scalable DC operation and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in operations and fulfillment leadership, experience with ERP/WMS/LMS, and a track record of cost control, process improvement, and talent development in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or supply chain management with MBA preferred.
10+ years’ experience in operations and fulfillment production management across multiple DCs with strong leadership.
Ability to interface with clients to address needs and resolve issues.
Knowledge of US Mail, Parcel, LTL, TL, and international shipping requirements.
Strong reporting, organizational, and team-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead distribution and fulfillment operations including staffing, training, safety, inventory control, and budgeting.
Provide leadership and mentoring to expand continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze costs, forecast data, and guide department progress toward goals.
Standardize training for consistent client experience across facilities.
Leverage ERP/WMS/LMS technologies to drive DC efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure safety compliance, audits, and collaboration with quality teams.
Oversee space capacity, security, maintenance, and facility operations.
Drive LEAN initiatives and manage labor and expenses within budget.
