Job summary
Acro Service Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist at our South Bend HQ to manage daily fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, prioritization, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.
You will coordinate with shipping partners, maintain ERP data, monitor inventory levels, and support process improvements across the Operations team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in operations, shipping, or inventory roles.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fulfillment and shipping from HQ.
- Coordinate pickups with UPS and partners.
- Maintain accurate inventory for samples, materials, IT equipment.
- Monitor packaging levels and reorder supplies.
- Enter and track shipment data in the ERP system.
- Monitor orders and shipments in portals and systems.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and notify needs.
- Investigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and admin issues.
- Prepare operational reports and trackers with accuracy.
- Assist Operations with special projects and process improvements.
- Uphold professionalism and reliability in all duties.
